Track Shipping: We ship tracks in the lower 48 of USA by UPS. 

Alaskan track shipments will cost $275 minimum, call to order. DO NOT order from website!

We DO NOT ship any tracks to Canada. 

FBP (Fett Brothers Performance) standard shipping for the continental USA is by UPS ground or USPS priority mail with Canadian orders shipped only by USPS priority mail.  

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Limited insurance is standard with each carrier with full coverage insurance optional and it may be purchased upon request.

Shipping to FBP: Tightly pack all items (newspaper works best and is readily available). Include name, address, and phone number in package; use Ride Tech Service Form for all shocks. We will call for payment information.

UPS Shipping: UPS has increased rates on all packages that weigh over 50 pounds. This affects many of the track sizes so there is an increase on shipping for these types of items.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. FBP (Fett Brothers Performance) is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

We ship by U.S. priority mail to Canada. UPS is optional if requested. The risk of loss, damage, or title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Optional insurance may be purchased upon request.

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). FBP (Fett Brothers Performance) reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Returns: You must call for return authorization. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee, must be in new resellable condition, and made within 14 days of purchase. No return of special orders or any credit given for freight charges.

Store Hours

• Hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
  We are closed on Friday to go riding! After hours pick-up are available by appointment.

• All notices from FBP (Fett Brothers Performance) to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting.
